Rubber pads
Rubber pads are designed to facilitate the implementation of your deck and joist shimming. They are used on flat, hard ground; it is possible to pile up to 5 pads maximum (levelling of 8 to 40 mm; above that height, it is preferable to use NIVO® pedestals).
The rubber used comes from recycled materials. They represent a simple and cost-effective solution to mould or deterioration risks to the wood structure of your deck.
Rubber pads guarantee optimal stability and sealing for your wood structure.
Your deck structure is thus preserved from moisture and drawbacks related to contact with stagnant water on wooden joists, which then ensures the longevity of the deck structure.
They are non-deformable, rot-proof and economical.
Self-draining plate pads
Polymer plastic – Polypropylene (200 parts for 30M2):
They favour water flow under the joists of your deck. Your deck structure is preserved from moisture and disturbances related to contact with water.
Levelling your land forces adjustments in the position of joists, and adjustable pads are perfect for that purpose. They correct small height deviations between the installation and the ground in a simple and quick way.
Self-draining NIVO ® pads are stackable up to 3 – 4 pads, which create an optimal layout for your deck depending on the land. Guaranteed stability.
They are offered in thicknesses of 2, 3, 4 and 5 mm and per bag of 200 various pads (4 x 50 shims of each thickness).
Adjustable notched pads
Polymer plastic – Polypropylene (60 parts =5 m2):
NIVO® notched pads are especially designed to facilitate the implementation of your joists with as much precision as possible and in record time!
The installation of joists on pads may sometimes require small structural adjustments, and these adjustable pads perfectly match this. They correct small height deviations between the different levels of soil roughness very simply and with great precision.
Black, brown or green adjustable notched pads adjust land levelling differences from 8 to 30 mm.
Highly resistant and not deformable, notched pads can be fastened with pins for more stability.
There are different thickness sizes (8/12 – 13/18 – 19/30 mm). They enable isolation and precise levelling of your deck.
